School Complaints
There are times when schools/colleges are required to conduct investigations about staff or where a complaint/grievance has been made about the school.
Local Authorities will now not deal with complaints about schools and their staff. This is in line with the Best Practice Guidance for schools complaints procedures 2019.
Schools must publish their procedures regarding this process on how they will investigate all complaints and grievances. Together with their daily responsibilities this places enormous pressure on Senior Leadership Teams.
